Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision between a car and a pedestrian in West Lothian.
The collision occurred around 8.20 am on Monday 5th June on Manse Road in Whitburn.
A 14-year-old male was taken to Wishaw General Hospital for treatment for leg fractures.
Officers are now asking for anyone who witnessed the collision to please get in contact.
Sergeant Mike Turner of Livingston road policing unit said: “Unfortunately a young lad has suffered serious leg injuries in this collision.
“We would ask anyone who saw it or who has information that can assist us with our inquiries to please get in touch.”
