A busy route in the capital has been closed due to a road traffic collision involving two vans.
Westerhailes Road was closed citybound after the collision that happened at 5.40pm.
No injuries have been reported.
An eyewitness who didn’t want to be named said: “The Crash happened right in front of me.
“The DPD driver drove across the path of the oncoming black van and there was no way the driver could stop in time.”
Lothian Buses have advised passengers as a result of the closure services 3, 18 & 21 are being diverted via Murrayburn Road to the Calder Road and back on to normal route until further notice.
Police have been contacted for comment.
